Cumin Fried Lamb Chops

1. Remove the packaging from the lamb chops, rinse and drain, and cut along the bones

9. Wash the pot, heat the pot, add a small amount of oil (the lamb chops will release oil), and put the lamb chops in after the oil is hot.

10. When one side is almost cooked (about one or two minutes), fry the lamb chops upright.

11. Then turn it over and fry the other side until cooked, sprinkle with a small amount of cumin and serve (if you feel that the inside is not cooked enough, you can put it in the microwave on high heat for 30 seconds or a minute. You can also bake it in the oven for another three to five minutes)
