1. Dig out the flesh of the persimmon and break it up as much as possible. It’s okay if some of the flesh cannot be broken up. Add flour to the persimmon pulp and knead into dough. You can wake it up for a while or not, just cook it and eat it now.

2. Divide the dough into several equal-sized portions. Roll the small dough into a ball, flatten it, and wrap it with red bean paste (you can skip this step if you don’t want to add any filling). After wrapping, press it into a small pancake shape. If you want to make it look better, you can use a mold to press it into a certain shape, or you can just make it into a small pancake.

3. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry it when the oil is hot. Be careful not to use too big a fire, otherwise it will burn easily. When both sides are golden brown, you can take it out of the pan and eat it while it’s hot.

After mixing the purchased yellow rice flour and persimmon flesh according to the proportion, start to beat the flour with edible wood to allow the persimmon flesh and yellow rice flour to blend together.
