1. Defrost the steak and soak it in clean water for 10 minutes to remove the icy smell.

2.1 Pour sea salt and peppercorns into the pot and slowly fry over medium-low heat until you can feel the heat when you put your hand on it.

3.2 Cut the steak into 2NM square pieces, add all ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes

4. Take a piece of tin foil, put diced red onion underneath, pour in the marinated steak cubes, grind black pepper powder on top, seal with tin foil and set aside

5. Take a casserole, pour half of the fried sea salt, put the tin foil bag on the salt, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, continue to fry the remaining sea salt over high heat until it gets hotter, after 2 minutes, pour it on the tin foil bag, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes
