What vegetables are good to stir-fry with shredded pork

Stir-fried shredded pork is one of the most common homely dishes. As a common dish on the Chinese table, the ingredients are simple and the cooking is not complicated, but it also involves issues such as knife skills and material selection, so stir-fried shredded pork can also reflect a person's cooking skills. Although stir-fried shredded pork is quite versatile, how can it be combined with other ingredients to create a delicious dish?

Fried meat with mushrooms:

Ingredients: 200g pork (lean), 200g mushroom (fresh)

Seasoning: 75g lard (refined), 3g salt, 10g cooking wine, 15g green onion, 10g starch (corn), 3g MSG, 8g ginger, 1g pepper powder, 1g pepper powder

Production process:

1. Slice the meat and mushrooms separately;

2. Mix the meat with salt and cooking wine, and add wet starch on the slurry;

3. Use cooking wine, MSG, onion, ginger, soup, pepper powder, pepper powder and wet starch to make juice;

4. Heat the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices, pushing with a spoon while adding until the meat shreds are spread out;

5. After the aroma is released, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times. Then pour in the prepared juice and stir evenly when bubbles appear.

Fried pork shreds with rice noodles:

Preparation method:

1. Wash the pork and cut into thin strips. Cut the green onion into strips and the coriander stems into 3.3 cm

Stir-fried shredded pork with long rice slices. Cut cucumber, egg skin and soaked black fungus into thin strips.

2. Pour peanut oil into a wok and heat it to 40% hot. Add the chopped pork and stir-fry until cooked. Add soy sauce and chopped green onion and stir-fry. Then add MSG, salt and coriander and stir-fry until cooked. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve on a plate.

3. Mix the wet starch into a thin paste, add fine salt to dissolve, and use a powder fan to pull it into 2 sheets of dough in a pot of boiling water.

4. Cut the rice noodle skin into 1 cm wide and 5 cm long strips, put them into the fish pond plate and flatten them, and place the cucumber shreds, fungus shreds, and egg skin shreds on the rice noodle skin in order. Add salt to sesame paste and mix it into a thin paste with cold boiled water. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and mashed garlic to make a juice. Pour it on the rice noodles and serve it together with the fried shredded pork.

Celery fried meat:

Materials :

2 or 3 celery stalks and 2 taels of lean meat. 2 fresh red peppers.

Production steps:

1. Take the celery stalks, pinch off the end with leaves, cut off the root at the end of the celery, and then cut into small sections. Cut the lean meat into small slices, remove the seeds of the red pepper and cut into small slices.

2. Add more oil to the pot, stir-fry garlic and ginger, add celery and red pepper slices, add salt and MSG, stir-fry until cooked and serve, but do not add water;

3. Add a little more oil, add the lean meat slices and a small spoonful of soy sauce, stir-fry, then pour the fried celery and pepper back into the pot and stir-fry with the lean meat. Don’t add water here. Remove the meat from the heat and serve as soon as it’s cooked.

Note:

Do not add any water during the entire process; make sure the celery and peppers are thoroughly cooked; do not fry the meat slices for too long.
