How to make sweet and sour red radish flowers

1. One green-skinned red radish.

2. Use a scraper to remove the outer skin, leaving only the red core.

3. Cut the round radish in half and then cut into slices.

4. Put it in a bowl, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Drain the salt water, then add vinegar and sugar and mix well.
