Sweet and sour lemon chicken recipe

1. Slice the lemon skin and cut it into thin strips for later use. Cut the lemon in half and cut four or five complete thin slices from the middle to serve as a side dish (this step can be omitted). Squeeze the remaining lemon juice. Debone the chicken thighs and cut into small slices (small pieces).

2.1 Heat the pan and add oil. Crack an egg and beat well. Take the chicken pieces, coat them with egg liquid, lightly sprinkle cornstarch on both sides, put them into a frying pan and fry them on both sides over medium heat, then serve. After washing the pot, pour in lemon juice, add 1 tablespoon of custard powder, and add appropriate amount of sugar to taste until it is not too sour (it varies from person to person)

3.2 Take 1/3 lemon juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, half a teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, pour into the chicken, mix well, marinate for half an hour

4. When the sauce is thick and bubbling, pour in the fried chicken, coat with the sauce and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds, then serve.
