How to make carrot bread (hand kneaded version)

When it's time for dinner, I stare at the menu in a daze. I eat fast food every day and want to eat home-cooked meals, but time often doesn't allow and I'm not motivated enough. Carrot bread (hand-kneaded version) is very simple to make. It is a very simple and easy-to-learn dish. In less than half an hour, the delicious food can be presented to you.

1. Cut 70 grams of carrots into cubes and blend with 60 grams of yogurt in a food processor!

2. Put all the bread ingredients except butter together and make them into a floc!

3. Knead by hand for about ten minutes until a thick film appears, then add butter and continue kneading!

4. Knead it for about twenty minutes until it becomes a thin film, put it into a bowl, cover it and let it ferment!

5. Ferment until it becomes 2.5 times larger!

6. Knead well and release the air, divide into small dough of about 50 grams, cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

7. Roll the relaxed dough into the shape of a beef tongue and roll it up!

8. Roll into long strips!

9. Roll it into longer and thinner pieces and wrap it around the ham!

10. Then wrap it around the ham in circles, making sure that the bottom end of the ham does not leak out. Wrap it to the bottom and seal it tightly. Put it in the oven and adjust the temperature to 30 degrees for secondary fermentation. Put a bowl of boiling water in it to increase the temperature and humidity!

11. After about forty-five minutes of fermentation, brush the surface with egg liquid, preheat the oven in advance, and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes!

12. Remove from oven and let cool, then slowly take out the ham and add lettuce for decoration!
