1. Boil the pomelo leaves in boiling water for a few minutes. After they cool down, wash them with clean water, remove the heads and tails of the leaves, and add some oil to mix evenly.

If there is not enough moisture, continue to add some boiling water and rub them. After the initial rubbing, add the pork and continue rubbing the powder until it is evenly smooth.

4. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a round shape and then use your left and right hands to pinch it into a round cake. Put the radish meat filling in the middle and close the top. Take a leaf and place it with the closed side facing down.

5. Just like that, arrange the glutinous rice cakes one by one. Note that each cake should be separated by leaves to prevent them from sticking to each other.

6. Put the prepared glutinous rice cake in a pot with water, cover it with a lid and steam it over high heat for about 15 minutes.

7. Wait for the steamed glutinous rice cakes to cool down before taking them out one by one. If you can’t finish the food, you can wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for three or two days.
