The Lazy Man's Way to Cook Fish

1. Boiled fish with tomato

--Ingredients--

Grass carp, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, onions, coriander, oil, cooking wine, ginger, onions, salt, pepper, eggs, starch.

1. Clean the grass carp, slice it, add cooking wine, onion, ginger, pepper, egg white, starch and salt, and marinate for 1 hour.

2. Wash the mushrooms and tomatoes, chop the onions and set aside. 3. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, add hot water and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Add the chopped celery, onion and mushrooms and continue cooking for 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper.

5. Boil the marinated fish fillets in hot water for about 30 seconds, until the fish meat turns white, and pour the fish fillets into the soup. 6. Pour two tablespoons of hot oil on the fish fillets, boil again over medium heat, and sprinkle with coriander and green onions.

2. Oven braised fish fillet -- Ingredients --

Fish, cornstarch, brown sugar, honey, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, cream, mayonnaise, condensed milk.

1. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped ginger and mashed garlic to a frying pan, and finally add honey. Cook over medium heat until boiling.

2. Add corn starch and water and stir into paste.

3. Add the mixed corn starch and stir.

4. Cook until slightly thick.

5. Take the fish pieces, you can use salmon, and marinate them in the braised sauce made of brown sugar, salt and soy sauce for 1 hour.

6.Put hot sauce, cream and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.

7. Place the marinated fish in a baking dish and pour in the braised sauce. 8. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. 9. Pour the prepared chili sauce on it while it’s still hot, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

3. Fried fish with honey sauce -- Ingredients --

Fish, honey, rice vinegar, hot sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, coriander and sesame seeds.

1. Clean the fish, cut into pieces, and freeze in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Put the hot sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl, add mashed garlic and ginger, add salt and soy sauce, stir well and set aside. 2. Put oil in a frying pan, put the fish pieces in when the oil is hot, you can add some water. During the frying process, brush the fish pieces with the prepared sauce and honey in turn until the fish is cooked. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds, fry slightly, and sprinkle with coriander.

4. Cantonese-style steamed fish

Fish, oil, onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar, coriander.

1. Cut the green onion into shreds, chop the coriander and ginger, and set aside. Put the soy sauce, salt and sugar in a bowl, add water and stir well, and set aside. 2. Drain the moisture from the fish, place it on a plate, and sprinkle with green onions and coriander. 4. Put oil in a wok and add ginger when the oil is hot. 5. Sichuan-style tofu fish soup -- Ingredients --

Fish, tofu, starch, shiitake mushrooms, dried red peppers, bean sprouts, bok choy, broth, light soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, ginger, coriander, onions, salt and white pepper.

1. Clean the fish, slice it, and marinate it with light soy sauce, rice wine, pepper and salt for 1 hour.

2. Soak and slice the mushrooms, and cut the Chinese cabbage, tofu and other vegetables for later use. 3. Put two tablespoons of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add ginger, stir-fry and add mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant. 4. Add dried red chili and stir-fry for 30 seconds. 5. Add bean sprouts and continue stir-frying. 6. Add broth, water, bok choy, tofu, etc., add a few drops of sesame oil, bring to a boil, and add salt to taste. 7. Add the marinated fish fillets into the soup one by one and continue cooking over medium heat. 8.
