How to make black rice and vegetable dumplings

4. Chop the green onion into small pieces.

6. Squeeze out the water. Cut into large pieces.

7. Put the wild vegetables into the plate with pork filling, mix well and make it into dumpling filling.

8. When the sugar in the dough has risen, knead it into a smooth dough.

9. Pinch the dough into small pieces.

10. Roll the dumpling wrappers.

11. Fill with dumpling filling.

12. Make dumplings.

13. Heat the frying pan, pour in a little oil, put the dumplings into the pan and fry for a while. Mix starch and water into starch paste and pour it in.

14. Cover the pot and simmer until the soup is dried up and the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown, then turn off the heat.
