How to make Wen Yi roast pork ribs

1. Marinate the ribs. Mix ginger wine, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, ginger slices and five-spice powder together, apply evenly on the ribs, and marinate for more than two hours.

2. Wrap the ribs with tin foil, one small piece at a time, and wrap them tightly. The reason for wrapping with tin foil is to lock in the moisture. Take it out, brush it with honey again, place the side with more meat facing up, and bake at 320F for about 15 minutes.
