The temperature should not be too high, otherwise the batter will not stick to it. You can start making pancakes when you feel the temperature of the pancake pan 10 cm away from the pancake pan.

8. This is a pancake after it is made. It is very thin.

9. Beat an egg.

10. Use a shovel to spread it evenly. A thin layer of egg, the egg is almost cooked through.

11. Then turn the pancake over and sprinkle with chopped pickled mustard tuber and shredded kelp.

12. Sprinkle the shredded carrots.

13. Add a few lettuce leaves and sprinkle with a little pepper.

14. Put two thin crisps on top.

15. Then roll it up from one side and spread it with sweet noodle sauce.

16. Roll it over from the other side and fold it in half, as shown in the picture.

17. Cut it in the middle and fold it up.
