Here I would like to introduce to you rapeseed, shredded pork and double yolk egg fried rice. 1.1 Heat oil in a pan and add eggs. See, they have double yolks! 2.2 Wash the rapeseed, cut into cubes, and separate the stems and leaves. Cut the lean meat into shreds and add an egg, set aside. 3.1 Add lean pork shreds to the remaining oil after frying the eggs and fry over medium heat. Add soy sauce and stir-fry (not too much, just enough to make the shredded meat absorb the flavor), then remove from the pan and set aside. 4.2 Scramble the eggs, scoop out and place on a plate for later use.
