1. Wash all the vegetables you will use and set aside. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.

4. Cut the tofu skin into appropriate lengths and cook it in boiling water.

5. Rinse the cooked tofu skin in cold water, remove from the water and set aside.

6.Cut bacon, carrots and egg skins into shreds.

7. Spread the tofu skin on a cutting board, place the prepared vegetables on one end and roll it up.

8. Blanch the green onions and use them to tie the tofu skin rolls, then place them on a plate. Prepare your favorite dipping sauce when eating. Today I mainly used soybean paste, which tastes great when dipped in it.
