9. Put the fried ginkgo into a container, sprinkle with sugar, diced fat and dried persimmons while it is still hot, and marinate overnight.

10. The next day, you can see that the fat and ginkgo nuts have become transparent and very tough. Put them into the pot now and simmer over low heat with syrup for about half an hour without adding water until the juice is reduced. Be sure to stir constantly to prevent the bottom from getting sticky.
