1. Prepare the materials.

2. Wash the kale stems, mushrooms and peppers, cut the mushrooms into pieces, cut the peppers into circles and put them in the middle of the kale stems, then cut crosses on both ends of the kale stems, and cut the green onions into small pieces for later use.

3. Wash the cashews, dry them with kitchen paper and set aside.

4. Add oil to the pan, pour in cashews, fry over low heat until fragrant, drain the oil and set aside.
