How to cook Japanese tofu with mushrooms and shredded pork

1. Cut the Japanese tofu in half; pull up the packaging bag to pour out the Japanese tofu and cut into appropriate sizes; heat the pan to high heat, apply a thin layer of oil, put the Japanese tofu in; fry over medium heat until golden brown, shake the pan until the tofu can move, then turn it over, fry over medium heat until golden brown, set aside

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water at about 40 degrees in advance, and add 1 teaspoon of sugar in the water. After they are softened, remove the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Keep the soaking water for the mushrooms. Heat a frying pan, add a proper amount of oil, pour in the mushroom strips and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the soaking water. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat and pour in the lean pork strips marinated with oil, salt and cornstarch.

3. Pour in about 2 tablespoons of abalone sauce; add scallion segments and stir-fry evenly; add the fried Japanese tofu; do not stir, just lift the pan and shake it a few times to mix the Japanese tofu with the mushrooms and minced meat, and cook until the sauce is thick; (Try the taste, if it is not flavorful enough, you can add a little salt or light soy sauce)
