13. When the red dot on the lid sinks, it means you can open the lid.

14. Add the blanched radish and about 80 grams of Chu Hou sauce.

15. Replace the glass lid of the pressure cooker and simmer over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

16. Sprinkle with scallions and taste.
