How to make egg and milk fried dough sticks

Egg and milk fried dough sticks is a common home-cooked dish, and it is very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying will make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. First, heat the milk in a small pot to 60-70 degrees, and then put the eggs, oil, salt and yeast into the small pot at the same time, stir evenly (the amount of oil is about twice the amount of normal cooking). If there is too little oil, the fried dough sticks will become dry.

2. Then add the flour slowly in the dough bowl, without adding water, and do not make the dough too hard. When the dough is almost ready, dip your hands in oil and knead it again.

3. Cover with a cage cloth and the pot rack. Fermentation takes one and a half hours.

4. Prepare a large pot and add boiling water into it (the basin can be stuck on it).

5. Place the basin on the pot to promote fermentation as quickly as possible.

6. The fermented dough is twice as large as the original one.

7. Divide the dough into four parts, roll it into long strips, flatten it and cut it into small pieces.

8. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot. After the oil is heated, stretch the two doughs and roll them slightly. Put them into the pot and fry them over medium heat until golden brown.
