How to make Dai-style Baoshao

1. Raw materials: enoki mushrooms, pork tenderloin, white tofu, mint, coriander, green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper (I forgot to take a picture).

2. Chop the scallion, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander and chili pepper.

3. Mix the above ingredients and add oil, salt and chicken stock.

4. Mix the main dish, such as enoki mushrooms, white tofu and pork tenderloin, into the seasoning, spread the banana leaves flat and place the enoki mushrooms on top.

5. Fold the banana leaves like a quilt, tie them with the edges of the leaves, put them in a baking tray, put tin foil underneath, and bake in the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes.

6. Stir-fried enoki mushrooms are done.

7. You can also mash the white tofu and mix it with seasonings to make fried tofu.

8. If you want to wrap the meat, you can marinate the pork tenderloin with some scallions, ginger, light soy sauce and cooking wine for a while.

9. When it is baked, it is wrapped in roast pork tenderloin.
