How to stir-fry duck intestines

4. Wash and cut the duck intestines into sections, blanch them in boiling water, then remove them from the water, rinse them with cold water, drain and set aside.

7. Cut the chili pepper into circles (if you like spicy food, you can add more chili pepper), chop the garlic, and cut the ginger into shreds.

8. Pour oil into a hot pan, add ginger, garlic and dried chilies when the oil is hot and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Then add the garlic sprouts and red pepper, stir-fry evenly, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

10. Then pour in the duck intestines and continue to stir-fry for a while.

11. After stir-frying for a while, the duck intestines will exude some water. In order not to affect the taste, skim off the juice in the pot and add fresh soy sauce and salt to enhance the flavor.

12. Spray in a proper amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell before serving. Serve on a plate.
