10. Make pleats into bun dough, place in the oiled steamer tray, cover with lid, and leave for 10 minutes for secondary proofing.

11. Place the steamer on the fire, add water and bring it to a boil, then put in the bun dough, cover tightly, and steam for 12 minutes.
