How to cook sea cucumber with tendons

1. Take 6-10 soaked sea cucumbers, remove the intestines, wash them, and cut them in half for later use.

13. Add salt, light soy sauce, rock sugar and appropriate amount of water and stir-fry. ps: I added a little more here. Generally, one and a half spoonfuls is enough.

14. When the water is almost absorbed, thicken it with a thin layer of starch. Drizzle a little sesame oil before serving and it’s done!
