How to stir-fry squid

1.Thaw the frozen squid in water.

2.1 Put the sliced ​​squid into hot water and blanch it for 2 minutes, then take it out.

3.2 Cut the thawed squid into slices.

4. Put salt, shredded ginger and shredded green onion into the blanched squid plate in advance.

5. Put some oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, put the mixed squid in step 4 into the pan and stir-fry.

6. Do not stir-fry for too long, it can be served after two minutes.
