Honey pork jerky recipe

1. Add all seasonings to the minced meat and mix well.

2. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky, then marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

3. Take a piece of tin foil the size of a baking tray, put in an appropriate amount of minced meat, cover it with a plastic bag, and roll it out with a rolling pin. The thickness can be customized, but thinner ones are more delicious and easier to bake.

4. Roll the minced meat into large, even slices. Too thick, bad taste~

5. Move the entire sheet of tin foil into the baking pan and remove the plastic bag.

6. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. When it is done, the jerky will shrink but the meat slices will still have some moisture. (You can continue grilling the meat as long as the edges are not burnt.)

7. Carefully turn it over and put it back in the oven to continue baking until there is no moisture on the aluminum foil, only the baked oil.

8. You can bake 3 slices of the prepared minced meat~~

9. Look! The meat slices are very thin and not loose, so you can sell them.

10. Fry into small cubes and you can start eating!
