10. Put all the balls into the mold and put them in the oven for secondary fermentation. Set the temperature to 30 degrees and ferment for 40 minutes!

11. After the second fermentation is completed, brush the surface with egg liquid. Put the custard sauce into the piping bag and cut a small hole to squeeze it on the surface!

12. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes!
