How to cook quail eggs

There are many ways to cook quail eggs. The most common way is to boil them directly in water, just like boiled eggs. Salt-baked quail eggs

Ingredients: 2 pounds of coarse salt, quail eggs, peppercorns, and star anise. Method: Stir-fry peppercorns, star anise and coarse salt in an iron pan. After frying for a few minutes, put the quail eggs in, then cover the quail eggs with salt and simmer for 10 minutes. 8. Ingredients for braised pork with quail eggs: 400 grams of quail eggs, 600 grams of meat, 15 grams of green onions, and 15 grams of ginger. Seasoning: 30 grams of rock sugar, 30 grams of light soy sauce, and 10 grams of dark soy sauce.

Method: Wash the quail eggs and boil them. Pour into cold water to cool. Remove the skin and set aside. The meat of choice is pork belly. Cut into 3 cm square pieces. Put it in cold water and bring to a boil, remove the meat and set aside. Pour the meat into the pot, stir-fry continuously until oil comes out, then add rock sugar for coloring. Pour in dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, scallion slices, ginger segments, add water, and move into a casserole. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, pour in quail eggs and continue cooking until the sauce is reduced.

Tiger skin quail eggs

Ingredients: quail eggs, vegetable oil, minced garlic, chili sauce. Method: Boil the quail eggs and peel off the egg skin. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the quail eggs until the surface of the eggs is golden.

Cooked Quail Eggs

Ingredients: 15 quail eggs, half a cucumber, a little chopped chili, ginger, onion, and light soy sauce. Preparation: Wash the quail eggs and put them into a pot, add appropriate amount of cold water, bring to a boil over medium heat, cook for about two minutes, then turn off the heat, remove the quail eggs, put them in cold water, and peel them; cut the peeled quail eggs into two halves, cut the cucumber into slices, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the green onions into flowers; put oil in a frying pan, put the quail eggs one by one with the yolk side facing down, and fry them over low heat until they turn yellow; then turn the quail eggs over, add the cucumber slices and a little chopped chili and stir-fry for about one minute; add appropriate amount of salt, chopped green onions, and light soy sauce, stir well and serve.
