1. Prepare materials

Accessories: 50g spinach, 100g eggs, 10g carrots

Seasoning: 10g ginger, 20g peanut oil, 8g salt, 10g MSG, 5g chicken essence, 2g sesame oil, 10g oyster sauce, as needed

2. Production Method

1. Remove old leaves and roots from young spinach and wash;

2. Peel and shred ginger;

3. Peel and slice the carrots;

4. Put salt, MSG, chicken powder, sesame oil, oyster sauce and peanut oil in a bowl;

5. Boil water in a pot and pour it into a bowl to make soup;
