What are the steps to bake a cake in a microwave?

Microwave ovens are a common cooking tool. Not only can they be used for heating, but you can also use them to make soft cakes. You can first make the batter, add milk and your favorite fruits and nuts, pour it into a mold and put it in the microwave, bake it for 1-5 minutes and then check it. Microwave Chocolate Strawberry Cake

Material

3 tablespoons of low-gluten flour, sugar, 4 eggs, 5 tablespoons of milk (I use 5 tablespoons of warm water and whole milk powder), baking powder, a little salt and vinegar, 45g of chocolate, cream, strawberries (as many as you like)

【Cake base】:

1. Separate the egg whites and yolks of 4 eggs. Put the egg white in a water-free and oil-free container with a deep opening (a deep container is more spacious if you beat it by hand), and beat the egg yolk;

2. Mix 3 spoons of flour with baking powder, pass through a sieve, add to the container containing egg yolks, add milk and sugar, and stir from bottom to top. Remember not to use circles!! Be gentle and work until the flour and egg yolk are completely blended and no small lumps appear.

3. Beat the egg whites first, then add sugar and a little white vinegar, just two or three drops, to remove the fishy smell of the egg white. Add a little cornstarch when it is beaten until it becomes wet and foamy. This will further consolidate the beaten egg whites. Beat until it becomes creamy and does not fall out when the container is inverted.

4. Add the egg whites to the flour and egg yolk mixture in three or four batches, and mix from bottom to top. Do not add too much force, otherwise it will easily eliminate all the bubbles in the beaten egg whites, and the cake will not be fluffy.

5. Apply oil to the bottom of the microwave container, slowly pour the cake batter into it, and shake it twice on the table to shake out excess bubbles.

6. Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes. Take it out and use a toothpick to see if there is any cake liquid on it. If not, it is done.

[Note]: When the cake is just taken out of the microwave, there will be moisture, which will cause the cake not to be completely dry. It will be fine after it cools down. Do not microwave it until it is completely dry before taking it out. If you do so, it will become a bun or biscuit when it cools down.

【About chocolate sauce】:

Super easy, just melt the chocolate over water. After the chocolate is completely melted, add butter, mix well and spread on the cake. If there is no cream, you can take fresh milk (preferably full fat) and add peanut oil (olive oil, rapeseed oil) in a 1:1 ratio, mix well and pour into the chocolate.

Finally, place the strawberry decoration before the chocolate dries up.

Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and then you can take it out and eat it.
