Orange sesame grilled chicken steak recipe

1. Wash the chicken breast and dry it with kitchen paper. If you have a meat pounder, it would be best. If you don’t have one, put a layer of plastic wrap on the cutting board, put the chicken breast on it, cover it with plastic wrap, and beat it with a rolling pin until the meat becomes thin (mine is about 1 cm);

2. Mix all the marinade ingredients, add the chicken, rub it a few times with your hands to evenly spread the marinade on the chicken, cover with plastic wrap (or lid), and marinate overnight;

3. Put sesame seeds into the pot and dry-fry over medium heat until golden brown.

4. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter until smooth

5. Put it in the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until golden brown (so fragrant!)

6. Mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs, cool thoroughly, add zest of an orange and mix well;

7. Take three plates and put cornstarch, egg liquid (you can add a little salt), breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in them respectively; take the marinated chicken fillet and dip it in cornstarch first.

8. Shake off the excess cornstarch on the meat and dip it in egg liquid

9. Finally, coat with bread crumbs and sesame seeds;

10. Put tin foil on the baking tray, put the grill on it, and brush a layer of butter on the grill.

11. Cut a few orange slices and dip them in the remaining marinade

12. Place the oranges and chicken fillets on the grill, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit), and bake for 20 minutes.
