Spicy Stone Pot Chicken

3. Add cooking wine and pepper to the washed chicken and marinate for 10 minutes

4. Pour the Golden Arowana salad oil into the wok

5. When the oil is hot, add the prepared peppercorns and dried red peppers.

6. Pour in the marinated chicken pieces and continue to stir fry

7. Add the following seasonings and stir fry evenly.

8. Add the hot pot base and Pixian bean paste and stir fry.

9. Add enough water to cover the chicken and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes.

10. Then add the prepared garlic sprouts and green and red peppers

11. Pour a little vinegar and stir fry evenly.

12. Finally, pour it into the prepared stone pot and simmer it on low heat for 10 minutes.

13. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
