How to make spicy dried tofu

7. Add onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, chili pepper, star anise and cinnamon

8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, covering the surface of the dried tofu by 3cm, and stir the soup evenly with a spoon

9. After boiling over high heat, add the soaked soybeans and continue to simmer over medium heat

10. Cook for about 15 minutes until the soybeans and tofu are fully flavored.

11. Turn on high heat to collect the sauce. Stir the saucepan with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

12. Sprinkle some coriander on top and serve.
