How to make carp skin jelly

The kitchen is a place for making delicious food, but in modern people's homes, the kitchen has almost become a decoration. Most people think that cooking is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and is not as economical as eating out. The carp skin jelly dish is simple to make, economical and healthy, and can easily resolve your concerns.

1. Scrape off the remaining hair from the pork skin and wash it clean.

2. Add some cooking wine to the pot and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.

3. Take out and wash, then scrape off the fat again.

4. Cut everything into thin strips.

5. Put the pork skin into the pot, wrap the scallion segments, ginger slices, star anise and peppercorns and put them in the pot together, then add 5 times the weight of the pork skin in water and bring to a boil.

6. After boiling, skim off the foam on the surface and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Add a pinch of salt at the end.

7. Clean the carp mold.

8. Pour into a container, cool and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.

9. When it is solidified and no longer leaks, take it out of the refrigerator.

10. Remove from the dish and serve. Cut the red dates into two halves to serve as the carp’s eyes. They look so beautiful! You may not be able to eat them.
