How to make golden horn steamed buns

What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of cooking Golden Ox Horn Steamed Buns.

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, steam and set aside.

2. Use a spoon to mash the steamed pumpkin. Leave 1/5 tablespoon of sugar and pour the rest into the pumpkin puree and mix well.

5. Knead the mixed flour into a smooth and non-sticky dough, then roll it into a ball and place it in a bowl.

6. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour until fermentation is complete.

7. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the fermented dough, knead it into a non-sticky dough again, divide it into 3 portions, take one of them and roll it into a stick shape, then cut it into small pieces. Then roll the dough into teardrop shapes.

8. Roll the teardrop-shaped dough into triangular thin sheets one by one, then cut a small opening in the middle of the larger end of the sheet and fold the cut to the left and right.

9. Then roll up the dough from the large end to the small end to make the ox horn blank. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 15 minutes.

12. I added vegetable oil when kneading the dough, and the steamed buns seemed to be much softer.
