Steamed duck recipe

Ingredients: 1200g old teal

Seasoning: 2g ginger, 5g green onion, 3g salt, 20g cooking wine, 2g MSG, 3g pepper powder, as needed

Steamed duck recipe:

1. Cut open the duck, remove the internal organs, feet, tongue, duck smell and a part of the wing tip, wash with water and drain;

2. Put the pot on high heat, pour in clean water, bring to a boil, put in the duck and cook for a while to remove the blood, take it out and rinse it with water, and drain the water;

3. Rub the duck with salt, put it in a jar with the back facing up and marinate for a while;

4. Cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices;

5. Add cooking wine, scallions, ginger slices, pepper powder and broth (100g), seal the jar tightly, put it in the steamer, and steam it over high heat for 2 hours;

6. Take out the lid of the jar, skim off the floating oil, and add MSG and salt.

2. It is very useful for people who have a lot of internal heat and are prone to getting angry. You can eat more of it. It is better for those with weak constitution and anorexia to eat duck meat. Postpartum patients with physical weakness can also eat duck meat to replenish the body. Cancer patients after radiotherapy can eat it, which is conducive to recovery.

3. People with heavy cold and dampness in the body and patients with loss of appetite due to cold should not eat it. People with cold stomach pain and cold dysmenorrhea should eat less. Patients with influenza should fast.
