How to make assorted bacon fried rice

The most easily overlooked thing in cooking is the heat. When making mixed bacon fried rice, the heat is very important. Pay attention to the heat and it will undoubtedly be a successful dish. When you entertain guests at home, you don’t have to go to a big hotel. Preparing a delicious dish like this will also impress your guests.

1. Chop all ingredients into small pieces. If you are in a hurry in the morning, you can prepare it at night, put it in a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate it, and use it directly when you wake up in the morning!

2. Pour a proper amount of oil into the wok and add the bacon and stir-fry until fragrant!

3. Add garlic, onion, and carrot in turn and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add asparagus and corn kernels and stir-fry for about two minutes! You can add a small amount of salt at this time, or if you like light flavor, just add light soy sauce at the end!

4. Add the rice and stir well, then add the light soy sauce for seasoning and stir well!

5. Remove from heat and decorate. I use a Hello Kitty mold. Put the rice into the back of the mold, press it tightly, cover it with a plate, turn the mold over and put sesame seeds in the holes on the front of the mold for decoration.

6. Finished product picture! You can decorate it in any shape your child likes!

7. Because this breakfast is low in calories and children do a lot of exercise, we need to pair it with a drink that has higher energy. I usually pair it with soy milk (today it’s red date and black bean soy milk) for your reference only!
