19. Put the flower nozzle and fresh cream into the piping bag, practice piping first, and then you can pipe the flowers on the cake.

20. Peel the grapefruit, then gently cut out the flesh. Be careful not to break the flesh.

21. The peeled grapefruit flesh needs to be shaped appropriately according to the size of the cake. You can use scissors to cut it into the required shape and size.

22. Put the cake in a bowl and put it on the turntable. Put the grapefruit flesh first, then add the lace, and finally put the green leaves for decoration.
