5. Divide the dough and filling into small balls of 50 grams each.

6. Wrap the filling with dough and put it into the mold and press it tightly

7. After removing from the mold, spray a little water on the surface of the mooncake to prevent it from drying out. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for five minutes and then take it out and brush it lightly and evenly with egg liquid.

8. Brush with egg liquid and continue to bake in the oven for 30 minutes. My egg liquid was not evenly brushed and it didn't look good.
