How to make original steamed buns, fried dumplings and tomatoes

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the method of making original steamed buns, fried dumplings and tomatoes is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, use chopsticks to stir it into a cotton-like state and start kneading the dough. Add 1 teaspoon of lard, which is the oil made from local pork and is very fragrant. Knead the dough until it is shiny, the hands and the basin are shiny, then cover it with a wet cloth and wait for it to ferment. I knead the dough during my lunch break at work and start making it after get off work in the afternoon. The fermentation time is quite long.

2. I didn’t take detailed photos of the mushroom stuffing process. I just chopped the mushrooms, cabbage, and onions, added seasonings and mixed them evenly. I marinated them for a few hours and made it at noon.

3. For the radish filling, grate the radish, add salt and rub it to remove the moisture. Chop the pork belly, add seasoning and mix well. Marinate for a few hours to make it tasty.

4. Next, start rolling the dough and wrap the mushroom stuffed buns first.

5. After wrapping, set aside and let it rest for 20 minutes. Bring the water to a boil and steam it.

6. After finishing, I found that there was not enough dough and too much stuffing. The radish stuffing had not been wrapped yet, so I kneaded half a pound of dough, let it sit for a while, and directly rolled the dough to make dumplings without adding yeast.

7. Steam for 20 minutes after wrapping. Because it is meat filling, I set the time longer.

8. The steamed buns are put in the refrigerator. The steamed dumplings are made into fried dumplings in the morning. They are not bad. They are not greasy when paired with white porridge and cherry tomatoes.

Eating more home-cooked meals is good for your health. The original ecological steamed buns, fried dumplings and tomatoes are simple and easy to learn. You can make them anytime you want to eat them. The ingredients are also common, and the flavors can be added according to your own taste to satisfy the wishes of picky foodies.
