5. Shape the dough into an oval, then roll it inwards from the longer part, close the opening and stick the end of the dough tightly. Then rub it on the table for a few times until it is about 28cm long, braid it, and put it in a baking tray for the final fermentation for 30 minutes.

6. After the sugar, low flour and milk powder are evenly mixed, add the butter and rub into small particles by hand.

7. Brush the surface of the bread with egg liquid and sprinkle evenly with crispy crumbs. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
