How to make pork with fermented bean curd and kelp

1.Cut the meat into 1.5 cm cubes.

2. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the star anise and fermented bean curd juice.

3. Wash and clean the kelp, boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes, and cut it into small pieces for later use.

4. Blanch the meat and drain.

5. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and stir-fry the blanched meat.

6. Stir-fry until the meat turns slightly yellow, then add onion, ginger and star anise and continue stir-frying.

7. Add soy sauce, fermented bean curd juice, rock sugar and cooking wine and stir-fry until the rock sugar dissolves.

8. Add boiling water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

9. Add kelp cubes and stir evenly, then add salt and simmer for 30 minutes.

10. Turn to medium heat and cook until the soup is dry.
