1. Mix all the ingredients well, cover and leave overnight. Because the weather is cold, if the weather temperature is high, about 30 degrees or so for about 30 minutes will be enough

7. Place it in an oiled steamer and let it rest for 30 minutes. The time depends on the room temperature. If it is summer, about 10 minutes will be enough. If you don't want to apply oil, the buns will get sticky. You can also put them on steamer paper or steamer cloth.

8. Steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes
