Ingredients

500g beef roll

Accessories: 1 green onion, 1 red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 10 peppercorns, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

How to make beef rolls with scallions

1. Peel the onion and slice it together with the garlic.

2. Separate the scallion whites and scallion leaves and cut them into shreds.

3. Thaw the beef rolls, add appropriate amount of fish sauce, starch and pepper powder and mix well. (Because you will need to make the sauce later, you can also add a little fish sauce here)

4. A little sugar to enhance the flavor, fish sauce, soy sauce, water, half a bowl is enough

5. Add peppercorns to the hot oil and sauté the scallion shreds (the white part) for about a minute. In order to make it look better, I temporarily added a handful of shredded carrots.

6. Pour the marinated beef rolls in and fry over high heat until most of the beef turns white...see next step

7. Add onions and scallion leaves and stir-fry. Finally, pour in the prepared juice, sprinkle with salt, turn off the heat and serve after about 1 minute.

Cooking Tips

1. When thawing beef rolls, just soak them in water quickly. If you wait too long, the meat will become too watery and affect the taste.

2. Add egg white when marinating beef to make it smoother.

1 bag of beef rolls

One green onion

1 spoon of sugar

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Half spoon of salt

A few drops of white wine

1. Mix the 5 seasonings, blend and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the beef rolls, add the chopped green onions after they change color, stir-fry briefly and add the above seasonings.

3. Fry it for a while until the onion becomes a little soft.
