9. Pour in the Xiangha slices and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add the sauce that has been blended in advance.

11. Stir-fry slowly over low heat for one minute. When the juice is reduced, pour in the oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly.

12. Pour the fried mushrooms on the arranged rapeseed and decorate it!
