In recent years, there are many restaurants in this type of cooking materials: 250 grams of beef tenderloin, 250 grams of prawns, 150 grams of asparagus, 15 grams of ginger slices, a little Maggi soy sauce, crushed black pepper, satay sauce, salt, sugar, Shaoxing wine, chicken soup, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and peanut oil.

Preparation: Wash the beef tenderloin, cut into thick pieces, marinate and set aside; cut the prawns in half and remove the intestines; wash and cut the asparagus into sections, blanch and set aside; sauté the sliced ​​ginger and crushed black pepper, add the beef tenderloin, prawns and asparagus, stir-fry a little Shaoxing wine, satay sauce, oyster sauce and a little chicken broth, season with salt and sugar, and thicken with cornstarch.

Fried Prawns

Ingredients: 500g prawns, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil

1. Rinse the prawns, cut off the claws and antennae; cut the shell along the center line on the back, remove the shrimp thread, and drain the water.

2. Take a clean bowl, add cooking wine and salt, put in the prawns and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Chop the scallion and ginger, and mix together cooking wine, salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil to make a sauce.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add prawns, fry until cooked, remove from frying pan and drain oil.

5. Leave a little oil in the pan, heat it over high heat, add chopped scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the fried shrimps and seasoning sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.

Stir-fried beef and prawns

300g beef tenderloin 300g prawns

1 onion 200g white radish

200g potato hot pot base 1 pack

100g celery and ginger

2 egg whites

Steps to cook beef and prawns

1. After buying the shrimps, rinse them carefully and set aside. Drain as much water as possible before putting them into the pot.

2.Chop the onion into large pieces and set aside.

3. Cut the beef against the grain, add egg white and ginger slices and marinate for one hour in advance.

4. Cut potatoes into large strips and set aside. 5. Cut the white radish into thick strips and place it on the bottom of the pot for later use.

6. Heat oil and fry potato strips until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

7. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly stir-fry the beef until cooked through, then remove from the pan.

8. Add Lao Gan Ma hotpot base (you can use any spare base. Feel free.) Pay attention to adjusting the saltiness. I used about 2/3 of the small bag of base and the taste was just right.

9. Then gradually add onions, prawns, beef, potatoes and chopped celery, stir well and serve.
