Preparation: Cut the ham into thin slices, remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash them, make cross cuts on the mushroom surface, wash and peel the white radish, cut it into pieces with a rolling knife and set aside, slice the ginger, and chop the green onions into chopped green onions and set aside. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the wok. When the oil is hot, add the ginger slices and ham slices and stir-fry quickly until fragrant. Then add one to one and a half bowls of water. 4. Almond and pear lean meat soup

It is especially suitable for consumption in winter. Rock sugar has the effects of nourishing the middle and replenishing qi, harmonizing the stomach and moistening the lungs. It is used for cough and asthma caused by lung dryness, lung deficiency, wind-cold and fatigue. Peel and core the pear, then cut into pieces. Rinse the almonds. Wash the red dates, remove the core, and cut in half for later use. Place pears, pork shank, candied dates and almonds into a stewing pot, add about 1000 ml of water and cover the pot with a lid. Put it in the electric stew pot, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, and stew for about 2 hours before adding a little salt to season.

5. Braised radish with mushrooms and scallops

Main ingredients: 1 large white radish, peeled and sliced, 8 mushrooms, soaked until soft, 70 grams of scallops, soaked until soft and crushed, 30 grams of dried shrimp, soaked until soft and cut into cubes, 1 cup of rice noodles, soaked until soft, some oil, marinade: 1-2 teaspoons each of soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
