11. Place the steamed bun dough in a steamer covered with a steamer cloth and allow to ferment for 15 minutes.

12. Put the steamed bun dough into a steamer covered with a steamer cloth, let it ferment for 15 minutes, and steam it over high heat for 10 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not rush to take it out of the pot. Cover it for another 5 minutes to prevent the steamed buns from shrinking.
