12. Divide the glutinous rice filling into equal portions of dough.

13. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, and wrap it with glutinous rice filling. Place the lid down and let it rest for 15 minutes. Flatten lightly and arrange evenly on baking sheet.

14. Make 3 cuts on the surface, brush with egg yolk liquid, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
