Potatoes are very common vegetables. They are not only cheap but also very nutritious. Many people like to eat potatoes. We can usually make a lot of delicious food with potatoes. Fried Potato Pancakes

Material:

1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 egg, some Chinese cabbage, a little salt

practice:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and cook them in a pot. Meanwhile, chop the Chinese cabbage and carrots. The greens can be substituted at will.

2. It takes about 20 minutes and the potatoes are cooked. Cook until it breaks apart when pierced with chopsticks.

3. It is recommended to use a rolling pin to mash the potatoes. Never use a blender. Put the mashed potatoes, carrots, and chopped cabbage together, mix well, and add a little salt to season.

4. Take a small piece of mashed potatoes, squeeze them together with the strength of your palms, and shape them into a ball. It may fall apart easily, so try to squeeze it together.

5. Press into small pancakes. Since there is no flour, they may fall apart easily, so be as gentle as possible.

6. Beat the eggs and coat with a layer of egg liquid. It may break easily if you use chopsticks, so you can also use your hands directly.

7. After the oil pan is hot, fry the potato cakes on both sides. The carrots inside may not be cooked easily, so fry them a little longer, about 7 minutes. Keep the heat low throughout the process and be careful not to burn it. Alternatively, you can cook the carrots until they are 80% done in advance.

Tips: This potato pancake is suitable for babies over one year old.

Potato cod cakes

Material:

40g cod, 25g carrots, 100g potatoes

practice:

1. Peel and chop the cod and slice the ginger.

2. Marinate the minced cod with ginger slices for 15 minutes.

3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and steam them for 10 minutes.

4. Mash the steamed potatoes and peel and chop the carrots.

5. Heat the pan, add a little oil, turn to low heat and fry the carrots.

6. Put the minced cod, carrots and mashed potatoes in a bowl and mix well.

7. After heating the pan, brush a thin layer of oil on it, turn to low heat, scoop a small spoonful of mashed potatoes into the pan, press it into a pancake shape, turn it over after it is shaped, and remove from the pan when cooked.

Tips: It is best for babies aged one and a half to eat it.

Egg Potato Pancakes

Material:

1 potato, 1 egg, 30-40g flour, a little salt, a little salad oil

practice:

1. Wash, peel and shred the potatoes.

2. Beat the eggs and add to the potatoes, sprinkle with a little salt.

3. Add flour, mix well and let stand for a few minutes.

4. Brush oil in a frying pan, heat it up and then turn to low heat. Add potato pancake batter about 1 cm thick (you can control the size yourself). Spread it evenly with a spatula and fry over low heat.

5. When the bottom is shaped and the batter is almost solidified, turn it over and fry it on the other side until it turns brown.

Broccoli Hash Browns

Material:

1 potato, 6 carrots, 2 broccoli, 1 egg, some walnut oil, a little flour

practice:

1. Steam the potatoes and mash them into mashed potatoes. Blanch the broccoli and carrots and chop them into foam.

2. Add a small amount of flour and mix well.

3. Put some walnut oil in the pot, roll the mashed potatoes into balls, dip them in some flour, press them into pancakes, put them in the pan and fry them until both sides are golden brown.

Easy Potato Pancakes

Material:

Potatoes, salt, black pepper

practice:

1. Cut potatoes into pieces and cook for about 20 minutes.

2. Take out and put it into a fresh-keeping bag, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to season, and mix well.

3. Put the potatoes in a plastic bag and mash them with a rolling pin, then roll them into small balls.

4. Add a little oil to the frying pan, put the potato balls in, flatten them with your hands, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
