Nowadays, every home has a bread machine, which is very powerful and can make meat floss. If there is a child at home and the child is over six months old, it is very necessary for parents to prepare some complementary food for the child. Pork floss is not only a delicious food for children, but also very effective in supplementing iron and calcium. The method of making pork floss is relatively simple.

How to make pork floss for baby food

Main ingredients: 500g lean meat, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, some sesame oil. Accessories: salt, white sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, onion

1. Prepare lean meat, avoid fatty ones. I bought about one pound of it. To be honest, this is my first time making this, and I was afraid that it would fail and waste all the ingredients. But then again, people tend to be more attentive the first time, so the success rate is still quite high!

2. Wash and cut the meat into small pieces

3. After the water boils, blanch the meat in boiling water, then remove it, remove the blood foam, and prepare to cook it again. Put it into a high-pressure pot, add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, turn down the heat, and cook for about 10 minutes.

4. Take out the cooked meat, dry it, take out the onion, ginger, garlic and other seasonings, cool it down, control the moisture to facilitate the baking of meat floss 5. It will be better if you roll it a few more times in the previous step

8. In step 7, salt and soy sauce were added. Here, add some soy sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, salad oil, and sesame oil. 9. Put it in a bread machine or oven and set it to finish in 1 hour. During this time, you can open the lid and taste it. If the taste is light, add some salt. After all, meat floss will not taste good if it is too light.

Method 2

Ingredients: lean pork, ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar

1. Cut fresh lean pork into pieces;

2. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put the meat in and blanch it for a while. Take it out and wash it.

3. Put the meat in the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, water, ginger slices, a little salt and sugar, cover the lid, and cook under pressure for 40 minutes;

4. After it cools down a little, open the lid and cook over high heat until the soup is completely dried up;

5. Take out the ginger and use a wooden spatula to mash the meat as much as possible;

6. Heat the wok without adding oil, put the meat in and stir-fry until the water evaporates completely and the meat becomes fluffy shredded meat, then turn off the heat;

7. After the shredded meat has cooled, put it into a food processor and grind it. The meat floss is ready.
